Terms of Service
GENERAL
- The final product must not be edited, traced, modified or altered in any way. I have the right to refuse the commission
- No changes will be made after delivery.
- You will only receive full resolution digital file(s) of the commission. No physical item will be shipped to your home address.
- Original files will not be provided nor be able for purchase (.clip)PAYMENTS
- The commission will only be official and started after the upfront payment has been made.
- Payment upfront or 50/50 depending on order size.
- If invoice hasn't been paid for over a week, commission will be cancelled unless there's mutual agreement regarding the delay.
- No refunds after first sketch is sent.
- If you issue a cancellation, refund or charge back you will forfeit your ownership and rights to the commissioned artwork/s at any stage of progress.
- Do not issue chargebacks. You may request a refund and cancelation of the commission only if I take more than 3 months without any progress.REVISIONS
Changing references is allowed if I haven't started on your commission. - Please ask first if I started or not. A colored sketch will be provided before rendering.
- You can do up to 2 changes. Any extra edits or/and changes will incurr in extra fee ($5 per extra revision)
- No major changes in the finishing stage that will affect the overall composition of artwork. I can make minor changes up to 3 months after delivery.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- Commission completion time is 1-4 weeks
- Updates between stages and upon request
- I will ask for confirmation on progress stages (Color Sketch, Colored Lines), and the commission will pause until each stage is approved.
- Please download and make a copy of files delivered. All commissions are deleted after 3 months after delivery.USE
- You are not allowed to resell or claim any work done by me as your own.
- I retain rights to artist credits and publishing the art in my personal portfolio & social media.
- Commission or art done by me cannot be used for NFT nor AI training.
- Most commissions are for personal use (unless stated), Commercial use is +50% of the base price.COMMUNICATION
- Once the commission has been accepted, we will communicate through Discord
- I will give updates on each stage of the commission, and unless otherwise communicated these will be at least once a week
